Alistair Morgan

Alistair has over 17 years’ experience as a financial services and corporate lawyer, having worked for Citi, UBS, Macquarie and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission.

During his time at Citi he was the Head of Legal – Institutional Clients Group, where he worked across investment banking, capital markets, equities and fixed income trading.

Alistair has been a member of a number of Australian Financial Markets Association committees.

Alistair holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Flinders University and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Sydney and is a member of the Law Society of NSW.
